There were some electrical issues wrong with the jeep that I rented which caused me to be unable to charge my phone on a camping trip. It turned out to be a bit of an issue. I guess that's what I get for upgrading.9,6 Wonderful

called for emergency help and got disconnected 3x after over an hour on hold. needed to replace the car after a 10 hour ordeal with my wife and I in a tow truck in the opposite direction of our destination taking away 10 hours from my business trip. all due to a faulty steering column that no tech support person could fix. UGH!!! awful and I am 60 years old and this never happened before in leasing cars since I was 25.2,0 Poor

I reserved a luxury vehicle almost 2 weeks in advance. I followed up with the store multiple times before my arrival to make sure they had something available. I was flying in from Arizona and was renting a car to drive back. The only car they had to offer me was a 4 cyl compact suv. That was not what I reserved. They were rude, unprofessional. Staff was horrible and the cars seatbelt didn't work and they looked at me like I didn't know how to do the seat belt up. Called the manager eventually worked something out but I'll never use Hertz ever again.Free2Move
