Disastrous
Cons: First they did not recognise Kayak and asked that I book using their website. Secondly they did not recognize the insurance cover for car damage that your site gave and instead asked me to purchase a new one and last but not least I missed to pick the car on the schedule date Saturday and they closed the whole weekend!! When I called on Monday morning the price went up yet I had lost two days!
