Pros:

Yes. The vehicle had plenty of room for our trip.

Cons:

Maybe not call the customer and ask if they will be returning the vehicle at a said time. Kinda annoying to have a company call while on your first day of vacation. They wanted to vehicle back because another customer wanted to rent it.

Car was advertised as a no smoking car. It reeked of cigarette smoke that got worse over time (after whatever fragrance they sprayed to try to cover it up)

Drop off…unclear where car was supposed to be left. I’m guessing I left it at the correct place but there were no attendants nearby or at the booth to ask. Other thank that everything was fine.
