Maybe not call the customer and ask if they will be returning the vehicle at a said time. Kinda annoying to have a company call while on your first day of vacation. They wanted to vehicle back because another customer wanted to rent it.10,0 Wonderful

They had a good selection of cars that you can drive. They were up-to-date cars that were new and clean.Cons:

Hertz refused to rent me the car when I showed up to pick it up because I was using a debit card even though they had already charged my account and then gave me a phone number to call where I was told that because “I had canceled the rental less than 24 hrs I was eligible for refund”!!!!10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
Doesn't tell you that they don't accept debit cards, even if it acts like a credit card. Hertz would not accept it and I had a hard time getting my money back, I tried calling kayak customer service and they transfer you to a answering machine.... an answering machine! I finally had to call hertz customer service to cancel reservation and now have to wait 10-14 business days to get my money back... hopefully I do get my money back. If not I'm going to be even more upset.Alamo

Staff was not friendly. No one was there when I dropped it off and it was early i n the evening.Cons:
The vehicle was filthy, and even though it was only supposed to be a $25.00 rental, they ended up charging over$65.00. An absolute joke!8,0 Very Good
