They had a good selection of cars that you can drive. They were up-to-date cars that were new and clean.Cons:

Hertz refused to rent me the car when I showed up to pick it up because I was using a debit card even though they had already charged my account and then gave me a phone number to call where I was told that because “I had canceled the rental less than 24 hrs I was eligible for refund”!!!!10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
Doesn't tell you that they don't accept debit cards, even if it acts like a credit card. Hertz would not accept it and I had a hard time getting my money back, I tried calling kayak customer service and they transfer you to a answering machine.... an answering machine! I finally had to call hertz customer service to cancel reservation and now have to wait 10-14 business days to get my money back... hopefully I do get my money back. If not I'm going to be even more upset.Avis

Staff was not friendly. No one was there when I dropped it off and it was early i n the evening.Cons:
The vehicle was filthy, and even though it was only supposed to be a $25.00 rental, they ended up charging over$65.00. An absolute joke!8,0 Very Good

The car was in a different spot and we had to hunt for it. When we got to Nashville the next day our contract had not been entered properly and the office had to try to get it released. It is good we weren't in a hurry.6,4 Okay

Pros:
I needed to rent a car on a Sunday morning because I was involved in an auto accident on Saturday night, far from home. Avis offered the best prices to get me home (in Kansas). The process was easy and relatively affordable compared to the other outrages quotes from Enterprise.Cons:
I wish the company would have opened before noon. My drop off experience was frustrating, as well, but that has nothing to do with Evansville.Enterprise

Seats in the Dodge Caravan were very comfortable. The car performed really well. It was easy to drive. It made for a more comfortable trip driving to Florida than using a regional airport with layovers, delays, long walks between arrival and take off stations, and uncomfortable airport seating,.8,0 Very Good
