They were unable to honor my reservation. Some cars were returned that needed maintenance so they had no cars available. They confirmed this at 4:50 p.m. which left me no time to find an alternative solution elsewhere.

Extremely easy, timely, and courteous service. Was quoted for a Malibu online but the location only had a small SUV or a Challenger available. They gave me the option between the two with no games or upcharges to my quote. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Overall excellent experience.

My reservation was for the 21st its the 23rd and i still haven't received my rental car. They keep telling me there's a shortage of cars and other people had reservations. She even told should have to push my reservation to the 27th. She also said you need to make reservation at least a week in advance. I made the reservations when I did because my motor went out. I didn't know my car was going to mess last week. This has truly been an awful experience! Hopefully I'll get a car today... I hate this is the only car rental place for at least 50 miles.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing!!!!!

Cons:

We flew to Montgomery Alabama because hertz said they had a rental car. We took an Uber from the airport to hertz and when we arrived they said that we didn’t have a car and that the system was letting people reserve cars even though they had none. We had a reservation number and a confirmation email that said no need to call we have your car. We were stuck in the middle of Montgomery Alabama and had to take a $400 Uber ride to Florida to get a rental car. They were not sympathetic or understanding. I will be sharing my experience with hertz on every platform I possibly can to ensure no one rents from them.

Pros:

No, We drove 45 min to pickup vehicle & was told by a very rude staff member. We are out of cars to rent. I explained I drove nearly an hour & she said to me “what you want me to do about it, we out “ so I left without a rental.

Cons:

Had a vehicle available. I will never use hertz again
