Friendly staff, fast pick up, reasonable price, easy drop off.Cons:
The car was a bit uncomfortable, but I rented a compact so I guess that’s to be expected. Also I couldn’t find the outlet to plug in my phone and connect it with the car’s screen. I found an outlet to charge my phone, which was helpful, but I could never get my phone to connect to the car.2,0 Mediocre

I booked a car online, got to the place at the specified time, and there was no car. Not even a different car that I could rent. I wasted so much time and money ubering to and from the place, and missed a day of work since I need a car for my job. Furthermore, its obvious someone is smoking cigarettes in the lobby- the place stinks. However, the girl behind the counter was VERY sweet and kind, wanted to do something to help but her hands were very clearly tied.2,0 Mediocre

The morning of rental, I was informed that they did not have a "payles vehicle". I was offered a Avis or Budget vehicle for about 5times the Payles rate. In addition, I was informed that the Payles vehicles could not be driven out of the state during the rental period. I decided not to rent any car from this company.9,2 Excellent

Cons:
They had five reservations for 1 car. They called a few hours before the reservation to "check" if I would be there for the reservation, and to say the car may not be there. Went with another option entirely. Absolute nonsense of a business model. Will never rent from them.8,0 Excellent

Staff worked with my wife and I and communicated clearly got us on the road in a timely manner.Cons:
I had signed up online for a decent price. The car was advertised as unlimited miles. However, my wife and I were planning to drive outside the zone permitted by the renter, so we ended up paying $20 more than was quoted online. We still got a good deal, however the driving zone NEEDS to be communicated and made clear on the website when reserving a car online.Avis

They did not have the size car I wanted, they said the insurance I bought through the website wouldn't cover the car, they tried to charge me $100 extra for the next size up (no discount forinconvenience, it was just a mess. Ended up cancelling my order this time.Enterprise

People at this location understood the issue and were apologetic and they tried to wave the charges on the rental, cause strictly speaking even they felt it isn't worth in me paying money for the rental.1,9 Horrible
