Cons:
Car was dirty inside and out. Bird droppings on the outside, soda cans in the back seat and it was recently smoked in. The pick up process was horrendous. The car was not there and it took over an hour to get it delivered from another location.10,0 Excellent

Communication would have been better. The location I was picking up the car starting closing on weekends for covid. No one notified me, so I paid for. $20 Uber to show up to a closed business. Hertz shouldn’t had the common sense to call people who booked weekend pickups and reschedule them. Ridiculous7,6 Good

Nothing. Prices were inaccurate and misrepresented, my money was held and I didn't even use their servicecannot speak to quality of car but if it is anything like the experience I had with their customer service...Cons:
was charged an additional 75 because of my age. I cancelled less than 24 hours after making the reservation - they charged me and would not return my money for over a week - criminal!Avis
