Good car, although it has several dings and scratches. I spent almost hour and a half to get it, there were three reps at the site but took so long to take care of each of the customers.

The representative at the office is very mischievous. While I was there she called someone to let her know she forgot her driver's license. My mind I said let me make sure she gives me all my credit cards and license back. I asked her for the key for the car she told me she gave it to me I said no you didn't she said yes she did. I walked to the car search my purse and I had no keys. I walked back to the office to get the key then the guy came out and said he had it this is a game they play. When I went back to turn the car in I stopped and got $5 of gas. The representative asked me did I want a receipt and I said yes she said oh I have to take this fee off it'll only take a second. And I said what fee she said the fee for not putting gas I said I put gas she said I know that's why I'm going to take it off. I said why would you put it on there if you didn't know if I put gas or not she said well I could track you and see you then go anywhere so I assume you didn't put gas I said why would you assume. She said she tracked my car and said I didn't go anywhere and I said if you track my car you start putting gas. Again it's my belief if I had not asked for a receipt she would have added an extra charge on my bill when I asked for a receipt she knew that I would recognize her overcharging me for something I didn't get. I also believe if she's the manager of this site you need a new manager.

My price was double the price quoted when I got to the rental counter. After standing in line for two hours. I decided to take a Lyft to see my mother at the hospital. I didn’t have time for last minute hustle and haggling. I would have spoken to a manager, but I was too frustrated and I needed to make good use of my time. As a professional, you should honor the price that you quoted your customer. It was a disappointment.

I booked through kayak, which come to find out did not book my reservation at the airport location but instead all the way across town. The Airport location would not honor the price I had on kayak and wanted to charge me 3X the amount for my rental. So I had to pay $30 for a cab across town to the location kayak had booked. When I get there, they didn’t even have the convertible that I had booked and instead stuck me in a horrible 3 yr old sedan that still had trash in it from the last renter. When you put in the airport code as the location, you expect to be renting from the airport location not some random shack all the way across town.

First off they didn’t have anything ready on time. I waited two hours to get my car, and paid for the full tank return. Then it turns out it had a bad CV joint. Tried to swap it out but they had nothing available didn’t even offer an upgrade. So they called the manager who seemed incredibly disinterested and they sent me to a another location to swap it out. The other location was ok, but the car I swapped it with smelled like livestock and they gave me a complimentary bottle of “Air Sanitizer”. To be honest the experience was garbage, I was 4 hours late to a funeral and returning the car was a hassle. I’d like to think it was due to overbooking and short staffing but the quality of service kind of spoke for itself. Who cares, I had wheels for 5 days and once I got used to the smell everywhere I went smelled amazing by comparison so there’s that.
