Cons:Unfortunately there was a problem with the computer and the staff member had to call the bank to verify payment so the process took a little bit longer than expected. She was very polite and efficient through the process.

Pros:Only returned my car to this location, but it was raining buckets when I returned it, and someone there was nice enough to walk me out to my ride with an umbrella.
Cons:Worst experience ever. First off, we were told that as long as the person who picked up the car could use a different credit card than the one booked with. This was important because we were doing a joint trip where one person wanted to pay but the other needed to pick up the car from a different state. Come to find out, that was a lie. Second, the car was absolutely disgusting. It was banged up on the exterior, filthy on the interior and was in the worst condition i have ever seen a rental car. My father in law ended up exchanging the car at our destination and that process was a nightmare. Despite calling ahead, we arrived (with a 3 year old) to do the exchange and ended up waiting an hour for another car. Lastly, after we had to cancel the initial transaction (due to the credit card mix up), we were told we would be getting a discount, but when you look at their receipt, none of the numbers add up or subtract to the total. Worst experience ever!

Pros:The process was easy.
Cons:The car had a check engine light on and change oil now sign on halfway through the trip.
Pros:Staff was super friendly and super helpful. I had 2 reservations and when I went to cancel one of the reservations they must of canceled both. When my boyfriend went to pick up the rental, they had no car for us. They said they never got the second reservation. Had to wait an hour and a half to get a car. Enterprise did a great job fixing all the problems Hotwire caused.
Cons:Hotwire caused a whole lot of problems. They should of never canceled both reservations.
Cons:the employee hit me with car then jumped out yelling and trying to fight me because I wasn't looking out for him.
