Pros:
Staff was super friendly and super helpful. I had 2 reservations and when I went to cancel one of the reservations they must of canceled both. When my boyfriend went to pick up the rental, they had no car for us. They said they never got the second reservation. Had to wait an hour and a half to get a car. Enterprise did a great job fixing all the problems Hotwire caused.Cons:
Hotwire caused a whole lot of problems. They should of never canceled both reservations.6,8 Okay

Unfortunately there was a problem with the computer and the staff member had to call the bank to verify payment so the process took a little bit longer than expected. She was very polite and efficient through the process.10,0 Wonderful
