Generally easy, though it cost 12 extra because I dropped off early

office was about 90 degrees

The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a problem with the computer and the staff member had to call the bank to verify payment so the process took a little bit longer than expected. She was very polite and efficient through the process.
