Very quick, courteous, efficient service. I had my car rented before the baggage came out on the baggage claim across from the car rental area. Very convenient process.2,0 Mediocre

Cons:
This isn't Avis. It is a company that uses Avis' name and I was unable to change a reservation because their lazy asses were closed all weekend. I called Avis for customer service and they had no record of the rental. BECAUSE this isn't AVIS. This is fraud and I will never use Kayak or that rental service again.9,2 Excellent
