Would have been better to get the car I reserved. Went from a Cadillac to a Toyota Corolla. Tiny, can’t get in or out easily. Setting will sits too low as does the seat. Joke of a car!!!4,0 Mediocre

I was pulled over by a State Trooper, due to the vehicle having a “Tag Applied For” , instead of an actual license plate. He provided me with the license plate # that’s registered to the vehicle and said he pulled me over because the vehicle should have have a license tag.10,0 Wonderful

I had a great experience with my rental, the only reason I give a good and not excellent on cleaning was because the car was washed before I got it, but was a quick wash, mirrors still had salt on them, was really hard to see merging on to the interstate from the airport at night and nowhere to pull off safely to clean them myself. But again, overall was a great experience3,2 Poor

Pros:
Not much. Stood waiting at the counter while the agent was engaged in a personal conversation with someone without a mask. She could not answer questions about the drop off, and could not provide a phone number for the drop off location. Was overcharged for a full tank of gas at the dropoff location, which I will dispute. Refused a paper receipt at dropoff and was told I would get an emailed receipt. When I questioned what the charge would be for fuel, the agent said he did not know. The emailed receipt shows a charge for a full tank of gas, when the tank was over half full. That charge will be disputed. I will try to avoid Thrifty in the future.Cons:
