We ran around between 2 locations because no one advised the same information which resulted in one teservationnbeing cancelled and new one being created, also after confirming and leaving the office I was called back being advised I was given the wrong car and had to come back. What should have taken 30 minutes turned to 2 hour delay in my plans2,0 Poor

Office space is very shabby and dirty. Car smelled strongly of air fresheners and the high touch surfaces didn't seem to have been cleaned well. I think I somehow lucked out with not too much trouble but I won't be trying my luck at this Hertz again.10,0 Wonderful
