the vehicle that I was given when i first arrived to hertz, looked considerably smaller than the type of vehicle i had originally rented...thus the need for the upgrade need to show a full list of all vehicles for each category (ie: list all vehicles that are considered economy, intermediate,...)7,6 Good

Pros:
Everything was good except they mixed up my rental paper work with another person whose last name was also Taylor. They were trying to sort it out but needed a manager's code or something. So they said they'd email my receipt but I haven't seen it yet. It's been 6 days!Cons:

Pros:
They had my rental ready on time and there was a good 4 hour leeway for returning the car without incurring additional charges but I managed to return the car on time. They also gave me a brand new car as my rental unit.Thrifty
