When I gave the rep my confirmation number I was told it belonged to someone else. She said she had cars available and honoured the rate listed in my confirmation email. It really made my day as I had been travelling all day and my luggage had gotten lost and I wanted at that point was to get to my hotel and go to bed.Cons:

When picking up the car they didn't have the car size I had reserved, the company representative tried to put me in a smaller car which was unsuitable for my needs, it took me sometime to convince him that I could not settle for his proposal and that I would expect from him to upsize the vehicle at no additional cost instead of downsizing at the same rate. Eventually he somehow found a proper size car which worked well but had a coolant level warning light come on intermittently while driving. I reported this problem after it had appeared a few times and was asked to bring the car in and exchange it for another. Needless to say I did not appreciate the "welcome treatment" I had received.
