Car was dirty, smelled, back seats were sticky had to go to the car wash wash the car, clean the inside of the windshield, tires were poor. Car had an annoying vibration from bad tires three different types of tires on the car and got pulled over in another state bcc tyre played expired in 2017Hertz

When I went to pick up the vehicle, I waited for 20 minutes before I spoke a staff. She told me no cars available!!!! Then the manager asked me to come inside .After a few minutes she told me to go outside and wait. Another staff came out and told me that no vehicle available. I showed the proof of confirmation, and I Asked why I'm not getting a vehicle , she told me there are so many other people made reservation before me.
