The staff was not very friendly, the car was dirty inside and the “check oil” light came on, which told me they hadn’t checked it in a while.

Very disappointed in this rental. Arrived and no car was available despite the fact I had this scheduled for over a month for my honeymoon. Was told I had to travel 10-15 minutes down the road to get another car. Asked what car I wanted, told them. Then when I arrived that car was not available and I was told it had been “wrecked”. Was given another car I didn’t want to drive and it was filthy. I asked them to clean it for me and the car only had about 1 gallon of gas in the tank. Enterprise called me the next day to check on the car and I was told they would switch out the next day but they called, didn’t leave message, and never followed up. By then it was too late for me to get another car because I had to leave for my trip. Very disappointed. Would not rent from these locations again.

Pros:

The staff at Westbury were very nice and thorough. The ease for the rental and explanation was also very good. The car was very clean and extremely spacious, which was needed

Cons:

Unfortunately, the tire had a slow leak. It was very upsetting that trip required us to stop often to keep refilling the tire to have safety for my family. Due to holiday weekend it added a little more stress as the service stations didn’t have air or no one for help

Car class I reserved was not available and they wouldn’t upgrade me. So I had to drive a smaller vehicle for my long distance trip. And it was not a comfortable drive at all.

I like how close to my home the pick-up/drop-off site was. What could’ve been better was the space allotted to the rental car pick-up/drop-off area. It was very small and congestd.
