Also, this is a way they get more money out of you by making you return it at an exact amount that is not full. The car smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and made me feel sick the whole trip. Pickup was confusing as I had 3 different addresses for drop off. I called and spoke to someone asking which address was correct and she was not much help.4,4 Mediocre

I was relying on having a vehicle, and at the last minute I was left with nothing. All they offered was the phone number of a rental place over 20 miles away. I will never book through carrentals.com again. Forget Kayak (the UI sucks anyway). Book direct, it’s the only way to go.Thrifty
