Pick up was time consuming. Had to wait in line for 10 minutes and then had to wait another 10 minutes while the car was cleaned. Nice Toyota Rav4. A little pricey.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
Not getting jacked for a rock chip in the windshield that was there when we picked it up. Didn't notice it until after leaving as it was raining. Wasn't caused by me but I was told that I was responsible for repairs. Don't rent from these jerks.10,0 Wonderful

Was told by the agent, well you rented from a 3rd party not us so that's what you get. Agent was curt when I returned the car. There were no directions on where to park a returned car. Very much left on your own.6,0 Okay

Drop off in Kingsport was terrific. The gentleman was friendly and efficient.Cons:
This location is not on the Hertz computer system, so he had to make copies of all the paperwork and email it to Hertz. He gave me the copy of the front page only and I didn't realize until later than I didn't have a copy of the complete paperwork.8,0 Very Good

Pros:
Nothing. Received call 32 minutes before time to pick up car. Agent stated that they did not have a car for me but I could call another Enterprise location in another city. No further assistance offered except to say he was sorry. Enterprise were never see or hear from me again. Second time with bad experience with Enterprise.Cons:
