Pros:

Nothing. Received call 32 minutes before time to pick up car. Agent stated that they did not have a car for me but I could call another Enterprise location in another city. No further assistance offered except to say he was sorry. Enterprise were never see or hear from me again. Second time with bad experience with Enterprise.

Cons:

Have the car I had reserved or just not accepted the reservation.
