When I picked up the car, the girl behind the counter kept answering her personal cell phone during my heck in process. It was really weird and unprofessional. Also, the car had a faint smell of cigarettes that they tried to mask. Which just made it worse.10,0 Wonderful

I rented a minivan for the weekend and received a great price on it, which was discounted when I paid in advance. The minivan was very clean on the inside. Pickup and drop off were very easy.Cons:
First, the rental agreement gave an incorrect opening time for the office. It stated that the office was open at 8:00 am on Saturday, but when I arrived there, it said that it was open at 9:00 am, which meant that I had to come back. Second, it was lucky that I had made a reservation because I would not have found a minivan otherwise (another customer asked for one as well and they did not have any). Third, as a recommendation, if you have to get insurance on your vehicle, it is better to pay for it when you reserve your car. While making the reservation, I was offered to pay $9/day, whereas at the office it was $27/day. Lastly, my minivan barely had any gas in it when I received it. That was a minor inconvenience.2,0 Poor

When we got to the airport we apparently booked at a place offsite from airport, and our we were at the airport after 6 and that offsite place closed at 6. The man at the Sixt counter at the airport would not let us transfer the rental. So I lost $250 and had to book a last minute rental from a different service for $900. Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVER use your service again!10,0 Wonderful

Vehicle was brand new which was great given COVID.Cons:
The pickup in MIA was terrible in terms of time it took to get the vehicle. We waited about 45 minutes in line and even though I filled out everyone on-line for check-in, it seemed that I repeated the whole process once at the counter. Sixt needs to find a way to speed up the check-in process otherwise I'll go elsewhere.2,0 Poor
