Waiting outside before picking the car up and after dropping it off seems like a poor way to do business. I understand that in these times of COVID-19, businesses have had to make changes, but being able to wait inside for a ride seems do able.10,0 Wonderful

I was happy to find I was getting a Buick Enclave SUV. Great size & look. Patrick was friendly & the process was quick.Cons:

Cons:
The car was very smoky smelling. Every tim ewe got in it, the odor was annoying. Especially since at checkout we signed a part of the contract that said we would not smoke in the vehicle. Seems it should be presented to us without smoke smell.Hertz

They could not fulfill my reservation because they didn't have enough cars. They called me 15 minutes before my pick up time to tell me this. It caused a huge inconvenience on my vacation logistics.2,0 Poor

The car was not spot clean. The windshield needs wiping from the inside in the vehicles I have rented. I normally take water and vinegar to do the cleaning myself, especially for night driving where the glare of the incoming cars make the marks more apparent.10,0 Wonderful
