Long, long lines, 1 person at desk, no one answers the phone for 2.5 hours. I was 10 minutes late because of traffic/surgery got charged a full day.Cons:

When I went to pick up the car the Middletown office closed to run errands. It took an hour for then to return. Then the computers were down so they copied down my credit card info which made me uncomfortable. Then they just sent me to get my car which needed to be washed with no walk around. On Sunday the office is closed. I want to see about extending my car rental for one day and change my drop-off location. It took 2 hours of being in a loop with the reps telling me to just drive and have it figured out at the drop off. I was afraid of the charges and had a supervisor helped me. Customer service is so bad I am not sure I will ever rent from Hertz again.6,0 Okay

I went to pick up the car 15 minutes early. No one was there. I went to run an errand and came back. Had to wait 1/2 hour for my car to be ready. It seems like if there's a reservation for 9am then the car should be ready if I come back after 10, it shouldn't just be getting pulled out from behind other cars and cleaned up while I'm waiting.9,2 Wonderful
