The staff was nice. However the vehicle was dirty and returned vehicle earl by several hours but still counted as a day by Avis. So no price adjustment. The phone line to Groton -Avis does not work but only rings. It’s never busy there so surprised no one ever answers.

Intermediate SUV

KAYAK
Car had a hole in the tire, so I had to drive the whole way on a flat tire. Also, the rental center was closed when I got there. I returned the rental to their 24 hour center instead, and they charged me $200.
