Pros:Easy drop off
Cons:The car type I ordered wasn't available when I arrived, even though I booked with Enterprise specifically to avoid that experience that I'd read about often in Hertz reviews. They offered me a full size pickup in its stead which I did not want as I was going to be driving/parking in the city. A different, slightly larger car arrived and I was offered that for an extra $10 a day. Even though they didn't have my reserved car, they refused to budge on the price for the slightly larger car until someone else called and offered more money for the pickup they initially offered me at no additional cost. I understand business means money, but don't dangle a slightly bigger car in front of me when you don't even have the one I reserved. This location only cares about money, not customer satisfaction. Very disappointed in this company.
Pros:Staff member was incredibly rude and left me feeling opposed to never using this service ever again.
Pros:Jared waited on me both for my car pick up and return drop off. He was excellent. Kind, polite, professional and knowledgable. In fact, everything that you would want or expect from a valuable employee. He certainly is a role model for his co-workers.
Cons:Because I had the blessing of Jared waiting on my for pickup and return - my experience was fantastic!!
Cons:I need to discuss a serious problem with pickup, the worst customer service I have ever received. I would like this unprofessional behavior addressed with the employee. It reflects very poorly on the company itself and was response received was definitely not needed.

Cons:Enterprise has a policy that you cannot have two rental cars out at once. I have an Enterprise rental car at my home, because I recently got into a car crash and I have an insurance-provided Enterprise. When I went on vacation, I assumed I could rent another Enterprise. It turns out they have a policy for only one car at a time, which they didnt detect when I booked the car, or when I called them to confirm my reservation 24 hours out. As a result, on vacation, I got to the Enterprise (which was not near any other car rental places) and found out I could not rent a car. I had to cancel my reservation and lost half a day of my vacation before getting a rental car somewhere else. This was a completely avoidable situation if Enterprise's IT system would have auto-detected this in advance. But beyond that - its just a stupid policy! Why wouldn't they want me to rent two cars, pay them MORE MONEY, and be a happy customer? I called Enterprise to complain, and talked to a customer service guy who said somebody from Corporate would call me to talk about my situation. 5 days later, nobody called. I'd still like that call.

Pros:The mini van ran well and had enough comfortable seating!
Cons:I would really appreciate some compensation as the Pacifica Minivan we rented and prepaid in full way in advance was absolutely FILTHY and terribly dirty inside and out! During this time of Covid and since you advertise Hertz is abiding by Covid cleaning protocols this was just the opposite! The car was so dirty we had to go have it vacuumed and wipe down with Lysol wipes and picked up amount of dirty cups and trash! The exterior was also filthy and we couldn’t even see out of the windshield with all the bugs so we had to pay to go have a car wash done! We prepaid for this vehicle way in advance and this should not have been the case when we were rushing to leave for our trip! We were extremely disappointed and would like some compensation! Thanks
Cons:The employees that I dealt with where very friendly and helpful. They made sure the vehicle was clean, had a full tank of fuel and pointed out all the minor issues with the car so we would not be blamed for these things.
Pros:They wouldn’t answer the phone, then said the day of the rental that they “couldn’t guarantee” they would have the car I booked weeks ago. They said to call back later in the day to check. When I called back no one answered. I rented last minute from a competitor and had to spend extra money.
Pros:Hertz was the worst company I’ve ever felt with. Customer service was horrible. I ended up never even getting a car from them.
Pros:The staff in Metairie LA was wonderful. Precious helped us fix some problems that we had with KAYAK and made sure our vacation went off without a hitch! Can't say enough good things about them.
Cons:When I realized that there was a problem with my reservation KAYAK no one at KAYAK would even try to help me. I was very disappointed with them and frustrated that this would impact our vacation. The local office of Hertz in Metairie LA took care of all of it for me and I am very grateful to them. I am very disappointed with KAYAK.

Cons:They confirmed the reservation. Showed up and the car wasn’t available. No other cars were offered as an option to replace at the same price. Unreal. Didn’t end up getting a car.
