Was called 1.5 hours before my scheduled pick up and was told no cars were available and that someone was going to call me when one was. I never received a call so my wife called and was told nothing was going to be available. Lousy experience and the employees should update their website.!

Noone ever told me that I needed a Credit Card that had $1800 in it to get the 15 passenger van I reserved. I found out the day I went to get it in person. We were planning on leaving 1hr after that but nooooo. We did not get the van afterall smh.

Kayla Ramon was very detailed in walking through my check in and rental agreement. She was very thorough going over the car and is condition. Yvette Chavez checked me in, she was very efficient getting the car turned in and providing the receipt.

Pros:

I thought the staff was nice, and the car was available on shot notice after my other rental company canceled a few days prior to my trip.

Cons:

The car smelled like cigarettes, and it never really went away.

Cons:

No cars ready. Had to wait for over an hour for someone to turn in a car. They overbooked reservations. There were 10 people in same boat with me. Delay Delay Another Delay. They did not say sorry or offer discount.

We got to the airport. Hertz was closed. No car. We couldn’t get through on th phone. We were stranded. I get Texas is historically bad right now, but a call, or not taking the reservation would have been great

Liked that the car was in good shape and served the purpose. The building at Budget looked very unkept and not manicured. The drop-off was a mess, in that the contract mentioned to drop off at Avis and also leave the key at Avis if prior to work hours. There as only one parking spot left at Avis and no mention of where to drop off the car if Avis was full.

My flight was cancelled and I was unable to pick up my car. I requested to hold the car for me until the morning...and I would even pay for the day we were supposed to pick it up and the guy said no.....first come first serve. I said if I am paying for the car when I was supposed to get it what difference does it make. He said sorry we won't do that. I said can you book me a car for the next day then and he said no.....they don't have any cars. The customer service was really bad and I won't be trying to rent a car from them again.
