Cons:
The car smelled of cigarettes smoke even though it was a no smoking car. We had a tire blow out on the highway and road side assistance was impossible to get a hold of. One time I was on hold for 1.5 hours before getting dropped. Thanks to a Good Samaritan we were able to get to an airport where we exchanged the car.8,0 Excellent

If it wasn't for Kevin Carter the whole experience would have been a disaster. He made the whole thing come together and turn a bad experience into good. I cannot say enough accolades as to his character and integrity and I'm sure that is why he is the branch manager.8,8 Excellent

The car was very dirty!!! I wanted to add 3 more hours to my rent and they wanted for it more $ that cost my whole rent- crazy! Drop off not comfortable that you need to go to them with mileage and not like all other places some one come to you to take the keys and check the car.10,0 Excellent

Budget representative was really good. Explained everything i needed to know. I was stuck in traffick coming home and arrived 45 minutes late and i was not penalized. Just really great service.Cons:

Staff was extremely well organized and had a great attitude. I enjoyed the car I drove, a Kia Optima, and it was immaculate. Check it and check out were both very quick and easy. Good value (about $60 for a mid-range car for 24 hrs, not including insurance). Would absolutely deal with Avis again.Cons:
