The person who checked me in was not very friendly. However, everything was ok. I was not expecting a $200.00 deposit charge on my credit card after I returned the vehicle on time as scheduled.

Ultimately, I was able to get a vehicle, but they initially said there was none available despite my reservation. They said most cars had been marked for sale and couldn't be rented. After a 30 minute delay, they finally found a minivan (even though I had rented a Corolla or equivalent) that I was able to use. The minivan also had damage (mostly just minor scratches and a small dent), but none were marked or disclosed initially. I took images and videos and they did note these before I left. Upon my drop off, no one was working at the counter despite arriving during their posted working hours. I used the key drop, and I hope it all works out without any further hassles.

When I went to book my car rental the date was change from when I was originally viewing dates. Seems odd but I have had this happen with this site a few other times. Thankfully the rep was able to find a car for me. Otherwise I would have been without because a of the date being wrong

Showed up and there were no cars at the location even though I had a valid reservation. No advanced notice. Called customer service, they rebooked it at another nearby location. I asked if how they knew there’d be a car and the response was, “it’s showing inventory in the system.” I asked them if they could call and double check and customer service said they can’t do that (???). I called the branch after my call with customer service and the vm2nd branch also confirmed there were no cars there.

Staff was neither friendly nor paying attention. Hidden fees pumped up the total price. Location is ideal from where I live. That s the only reason to come back.

Good ... The employees were polite and the car was fine. Dropoff was easy. Bad ... It took 2 hours in 15 minutes between arriving at the rental booth and getting our car. The building was packed and the line went out and around the building. Aside from that, the prices were ridiculous. Roughly four times what I've paid in the past.
