Staff was extremely well organized and had a great attitude. I enjoyed the car I drove, a Kia Optima, and it was immaculate. Check it and check out were both very quick and easy. Good value (about $60 for a mid-range car for 24 hrs, not including insurance). Would absolutely deal with Avis again.Cons:

Cons:
The car smelled of cigarettes smoke even though it was a no smoking car. We had a tire blow out on the highway and road side assistance was impossible to get a hold of. One time I was on hold for 1.5 hours before getting dropped. Thanks to a Good Samaritan we were able to get to an airport where we exchanged the car.8,0 Very Good

If it wasn't for Kevin Carter the whole experience would have been a disaster. He made the whole thing come together and turn a bad experience into good. I cannot say enough accolades as to his character and integrity and I'm sure that is why he is the branch manager.8,8 Very Good
