You guys could have a better grasp of inventory. I was sent to 2 different places with reassurance that they cars only to be told they have nothing. I even spoke with customer service line who said the same thing. After giving me the run around, I was told very nonchalantly and rudely ’there is nothing we can do for you. Try again tomorrow. Goodbye.’ Very inconvenient and inconsistent. Very little care about peoples time or plans. Should change a lot of things.8,4 Very Good

Easy pick up and drop off despite the covid19 pandemic.Cons:
The car wasn't the most comfortable and the visibility out the back window wasn't very good. Also knowing we were traveling through a state with electronic tolls, they could have been more informative about whether there is a service fee or not. I was told there wouldn't be but there was an additional $8 charge!10,0 Wonderful

When you book and pay for a vehicle, it should be yours for the entire time. After 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time my car was unavailable and I had to rent a higher priced vehicle plus a $200 deposit.8,0 Very Good

Cons:
The customer service at pickup was terrible. Gentleman behind the counter barely spoke and when he did it was almost unintelligible. Individual would simply get up and walk off, with me having no idea what was going on. Check in took an extensive amount of time. I asked about entering my rewards number and received no response and no entering of said number. Guy walks outside, no idea where he’s going and stands beside a car (I assumed it was my rental). He takes a video walk around of the car, shoved me keys and handed me something to sign, then walked off2,0 Poor

Cons:
The breaks were squeaking when they pulled it around, I asked about it and I was assured that it sometimes just does that when it starts up. Not knowing any better, I went ahead and left with the car, the breaks never stopped squeaking. I called them before they closed an hour or so later and I was told they didn't have any others cars but I could drive 20 miles to their airport location and switch out the car. I told him I didn' have the time to drive a round trip of 40 miles out of my way and that I would be arriving at their location in less than 10 minutes, he said he didn't have a full size car he could switch it out for, I asked about another size, he said all he had were compact cars which I found incredibly interesting considering when I rented the car an hour ago he asked if I would like to upgrade to a nicer / larger vehicle for $10 more per day. I don't feel the manager was honest with me. I ended up with a car with squeaky breaks for my week long trip.4,8 Mediocre

Augusta pick up location was understaffed, the one agent was doing her best to take care of customers. My vehicle was filthy inside with sticky stuff all around. The agent did take the time to try to wipe it down and had Sears agents clean off the exterior. 2 agents could make a world of difference4,0 Mediocre

I paid a premium to drop a vehicle off at a different location than I picked it up at ($122 for a one day rental). The vehicle was a crappy Kia Rio that had a super low and uncomfortable passenger seat (my husband is 6'5" and couldn't see over the dash...) Here's the kicker.. I ended up driving the EXACT same car back for the return part of my trip... dropping the car at the original pick up location. So, essentially, I paid a premium to drive a crappy car for Avis back to it's original location. The car also smelled like smoke.2,0 Poor

They said they had a minivan at that location. I even called their service line to make sure. Then the branch opened and they called to say they did not have a minivan and did not provide me with any other option. They just left a message saying, 'sorry, we don't have a minivan at this location.' Another call to the service line was totally pointless. I was dealt with immediately and by a very pleasant manager. The vehicle I booked was not available so they offorded an upgrade without isssue, which was greatly appreciated and the vehicle was at half tank but there was a note placed on my contract to ensure I wouldn’t be charged to bring it to Atlanta with a full tank. Very easy and seamless.6,0 Okay
