This is the best auto renting service I have ever used. They offer clean new vehicles at a great price. And the car can by dropped off at the convenient parking facility. The staff member is always friendly and efficient. This is what all auto rental services should be like.5,2 Okay

Ease of access and the fact that the cost for gas was not jacked up Because the pickup spot was a gas stationCons:
I could not add the rental car to my easy pass account and the idea of a convenience fee being tacked on makes no sense. I have been fined for using my ez pass on cars that were not in the account in the past and a car cannot be on more than one ez pass account at a time. You should eliminate the convenience fee permanently.10,0 Excellent

Harís Was amazing how he greeted me he was very knowledgeable he showed me the car I was in a rush so he tried to do the work as fast as possible to get me out of there I’m just really impressed and because of the experience that he showed me, I will be a lifelong customer of Avis and leave budget Rent-A-Car. You guys are my new number one because of the treatment I received at that location by him.Cons:

I didn’t even receive the automobile - how do you reserve and then not have a car. Causes me to walk home and then to cancel all charges on my credit cards - what a headache - will never rent, or try to rent, from Avis ever again.2,8 Mediocre

they overcharged us for tolls, the tool tool that they are using, charge customers for the highest rate of toll. " video reading" + administration fee.NEVER USE THEIR E-TOLL!! when i asked at the beginning we thought if we use it, it will be the same price as our current EZPASS. but is it not!!! it is stealing customer's money charging them the highest rate of each toll, for example JFK toll cost $6 , we got charge $12!! same for al other tolls.Cons:

Vehicle involved in a na accident. We believe because of a fault in the Jeep - Enterprise then choose to ignore any attempt to sort out the mess. VERY VERY poor service - no interest in solving the matter. Never going back to them10,0 Excellent

Rented the n Mamaroneck from Marie & Emily. So nice and so helpful. I got a really nice truck and they worked it so I could return later at another location. They called to make sure the move was going well and fixed the only minor issue I had (wrong gas reading). All around a pleasure.10,0 Excellent
