I reserved a full size SUV to move my son into college, when I went to pick up the car I was told they didn’t have any vehicles, the employee did finally find me a minivan which I had to go pick up at a location about 20 minutes away. That car reeked of smoke, but at that point I had no choice but to take the vehicle as I needed it early the next morning. I will never again rent from them

Charged Me More Than The Online TotalFriendly, offered free drop off service.Upon arrival my bill was doubled, they kept trying to sell me on more insurance even though I had purchased online. In the end I gave up and paid a little extra after a discount - just give me the price that I pre-booked at and let me get to my vacation please.

Jeep Patriot = yuckEnterprise was easy to deal with -- great service.The car was awful. They should remove Jeep Patriots from their fleet. It was way too pricey and it also wasn't washed when we got it.

Smelly CarCourteous staffThe car was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke with an air freshner. Engine light was on... Was not expecting to verify insurance. They could have told me when they called me before pick up.
