I reserved a full size SUV to move my son into college, when I went to pick up the car I was told they didn’t have any vehicles, the employee did finally find me a minivan which I had to go pick up at a location about 20 minutes away. That car reeked of smoke, but at that point I had no choice but to take the vehicle as I needed it early the next morning. I will never again rent from them8,4 Very Good

Upon arrival my bill was doubled, they kept trying to sell me on more insurance even though I had purchased online. In the end I gave up and paid a little extra after a discount - just give me the price that I pre-booked at and let me get to my vacation please.4,4 Mediocre

The car was awful. They should remove Jeep Patriots from their fleet. It was way too pricey and it also wasn't washed when we got it.Hertz
