Pros:CHRYSLER VAN WAS NICE & ROOMY.
Cons:I drove down to Enterprise the week before when i made the reservation with KAYAK to confirm they had me in the system.....and they did. When i went to pickup the van Enterprise said they cancelled the order......WHAT!!!!! Representative said they tried to reach me by phone the day before and did not get me to confirm rental........WHAT! I showed him the VMS i recieved and that I called right back and did not get a sole to answer the phone. I told the Rep that most other companies use TEXT to verify / confirm transactions. Glad I saved the VMS & Phone call times. My guess is that they rented my van to another unhappy customer? Manager came out and resolved the issue and had a van delivered from the airport to their site......I had to come back later to pickup the van. Never had much luck with Enterprise and probably will avoid using them again.......always seem shady in their dealings with me.

Cons:Everything was perfect, except I was quoted one price at pick up and quoted another at drop off. Called and they fixed it but it was just extra effort that wasn’t needed...
Pros:Incorrect pick-up site was selected, however, local vendor able to accommodate. Offered a larger vehicle at same rate. Relatively smooth pick-up and drop-off. No issues with vehicle.
Cons:Vehicle not well-cleaned. Smudges on passenger door window. Not well vacuumed.

Pros:I will never rent a car from Hertz again. I will also tell friends an family the same. I was out of town an Hertz gave car away.
Cons:The value of the agreed rental price changed once I was there to pick up the car. Hertz blamed it on a glitch on the kayak website and over charge my rental.
Cons:They did not have the SUV I had Booked . they only had one car on the lot and it would not fit my needs. The office was very unpleasant looking. dirty .

Cons:Man at the counter in Altamonte springs mall got surly when I would not sign the form saying I had inspected the car and everything was OK. I had not seen the car and told him that. He then informed me that he said the car was OK. Also they could at least clean the windows - they were filthy. After refusing extra insurance 2 x's, that is enough. OK?

Cons:We were told there would be Pick up @ the airport. THERE WAS NOT! we had to paya taxi to bring usto the rental car office to pick up the car.

Cons:the washer fluid was low and a tire was low on air ... but it was a great Jeep

Cons:Drop off time was less than 48hr rental agreement because location closed early on Sundays. Did not offer late drop off with drop box unless you pay an extra full day. Desk rep told me I couldn't use my own toll transponder or I would get charged twice and no way around that (never had this issue with other rental companies).
Pros:We got a free upgrade so had a beautiful car with the awesome CarPlay feature so my google maps could be right in front of me. The guy at Budget was also extremely nice and made this super comfortable for us while we waited!

Cons:Had no reservation when I arrived at Sanford. Budget office said that that they received nothing from Kayak. Thanks to you guys, I was left stuck at the airport stranded. No other rental companies had any cars. worst possible scenario. Will never use your company again!
Pros:The cost was reasonable, and the car ran without issue. The agent, once he arrived, was friendly.
Cons:When I went to pick up the car, the office door was locked. There was a sign in the window to let me know that the agent was out, and the national customer service phone number was written on it, but the "will return by" time was covered up so I had no idea if or when they were returning. Other customers and I waited outside in the heat for the agent to (hopefully) show up. By the time he did and had helped us all, it was over an hour after my scheduled pickup time. This resulted in me being late to the drop off site (in a different town) and they ended up being closed for the day by the time I arrived, and I was charged a late fee.
