Both key fobs batteries were dead. Windshield wipers were shot. Left side tire sensors were bad. Checked tires at home and two on left were low.2,0 Poor

First off, the communication between you and Hertz were non-existent. Why did I have to pay for 2 different insurances? The car I ordered was not the car I got as well. Overall I had to pay like $800-900. I sendt you an e-mail many days ago, but havent recieved an answer.10,0 Wonderful

I expected opening time to be busy, but Vada was working the front desk and greeted everyone that came in while making the person she was helping feel she focused on them. The wait was short and she was so pleasant and efficient.10,0 Wonderful

After reading reviews, I was very skeptical but I had already paid my nonreturnable deposit so I didn't want to cancel. Jeff and Michelle at Markland Ave. location were great! No complaints at all, car was even better than I expected....Thank you so much!Avis

The guy who helped us was really nice. Very convenient pick up/drop off location.Cons:
There was only one guy working, so when we came in the office no one was there. He was in the garage vacuuming a car. Too bad there isn't enough staff to have someone cover the front desk and someone else clean cars.10,0 Wonderful

Excellent seasoned personnel in Kokomo.Cons:
Although I did book a compact car, the Ford Fiesta sits way too low in the driver's seat for a short driver. As a result, I left behind my navy blue neck pillow for the plane because I had to sit on it all the way in order to be able to see over the dashboard!10,0 Wonderful
