The customer service was excellent! We talked with Theresa and Hope and they were so nice and helpful and overall genuine! We vehicle we got was in perfect condition and we had no issues with it on our trip. We really loved our time with enterprise and will be returning customers.8,0 Very Good

They eventually took care of us and we loved the truck we got.Cons:
We made 3 different reservations. They only had one of them. They didnt have our car at our pick up time. They were going to give us a van which they then gave to someone else. Then they didnt have a car for us at all and we had to go to a different location just to get one. Which was a truck. We had to spend almost the whole price of the rental on gas just to get it back to full. Wouldnt have had to do that if we got the car we requested10,0 Wonderful

I wound up paying more than twice the quoted rental price. Avis hides the fact that they charge by the mile in paperwork that no one explains to you, and of course there are several pages of it.
