I was not able to use my debit card to rent the car. It was frustrating to not have been told upfront. We ended up canceling our reservation because I don't own a debit card.More openness about payment policy.

The process was very quick and easy!Someone had smoked in it previously and I was not made aware. There were attempts to cover it up, but it still just smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. It was pretty bad.

Tried to pay with my debit ,but was told I need 2 current utility bills and who walks around with tbem...then I saidiwill use myAMEX bit that required2 a $200 deposit plis 20% down for a total.pf $305 for a $54 rental

Policies and rules are really rigid!NothingThat my child was stranded and she tried everything to rent a car and the rules wouldn’t allow her to use her debit card or her prepaid Amex card and they wouldn’t accept my credit card over the phone. My daughter had an accident and totalled her car and was trying to get home! I ended up driving 3 hours to Corpus to get her

Travelled with baby for a week in this rentalInfant car seat available for rent Easily changed my reservation drop-off location at no charge Courteous staff at pick-up waited for me as I struggled to get my luggage mid-check-in Economy-size vehicle had adequate trunk space for what I neededHad to install infant car seat by myself because Enterprise considers it a liability issue- I had a lot of trouble, no help and a crying baby as I struggled to install it on my own after they said they would try and help me as best they could. No EZ pass available per my request, said they would bill me through an administrative office Car seat was filled with crumbs, I had to wipe it out before putting my baby in it

I was told the extra insurance was 25 dollars. I was NOT told that it was $25.00 a day for every day I kept the vehicle.

Disfunction to say the least.Nothing at all.Picking up the vehicle was interesting. Being forced to take an expedition instead of the one I ordered. Air bag cover was ripped, vehicle broke down. Called Avis to report it and was told someone was on the way. One hour and twenty minutes later they arrived. In the mean time, this caused the rental contract to be late. They charged me a late fee on top of another insurance fee. The counter representative lied and gave me a phone number to call. The customer represenative actual told me (It is not our fault the vehicle broke down, so why should Avis be respondsible for it). I have never been treat like this and will be taking my personal and professional business to another rental company.

That I booked a truck and it would be ready for pick up.The customer service at the rental place could of been a lot better. Having a truck available would of definitely been a plus. Not being frowned upon fir using a third party agency to book what should of been my rental. Having the truck I reserved or anything to accommodate the size of the vehicle I rented. Again the customer service sucked.

The first agent I spoke with was boderline rude. I was the only person in line and was waiting patiently. She sent me across the airport for a facemask before she would speak to me. Under normal circumstances not a big deal. That day I was dealing with a sprained ankle. Not a fun walk. Second issue, the Rogue we got had no running headlights. We discovered this the second night there when we attempted to drive home, in the dark. Ended up calling my brother to come get us and locked the car up in a convenience store parking lot. Third was driving back to the airport to get the car replaced. I bought the tank of gas. The clerk initially stated I would have to buy another tank of gas. Thankfully, she understood the issue and I did not have to pay for another tank of gas. The second female clerk I spoke to was better, nicer, and much more pleasant than the first one.

NothingRude and unhelpful staff. Nobody available during posted business hours. They may cancel your reservation even if you prepaid without giving you notice.

Be wary of insuranceLast minute rental to drive to comfort tx was easy to book and fast to drive of the lotThe insurance cost more than the car rental and was charged for two days,personally I would like to see a flat rate introduced to start saving people money.
