Picking up at the airport was really difficult of you are not familiar with the process. I called for instructions on where to go and got nowhere with the call center. The call was then dropped. The local folks on the other hand were great - friendly, professional and helpful.2,0 Poor

Everything! Not one thing was pleasant about my experience this time around. So bad, in fact, that I’ll never use them again and will discourage others from it either. They just lost a long time customer and the money that came along with that. I’ll go anywhere else but here again. They took my money but wouldn’t honor my reservation until r help me in any way. Let me stranded at airport after paying $50 Uber to get there. They were rude and didn’t even try yo be helpful, sympathetic to my situation or in (;ár ny way p8,4 Very Good
