Went to pickup or rental and the lot had no confirmation of us getting the car... sent us to the airport, which was out of our way and they had no record. Even with our confirmation email, they charged us $250+. They honored the price once we dropped out back off, but it put us 2 hours behind.Cons:

Friendly and helpful staff a Hertz location at Wichita Eisenhower National Airport.Cons:
This car rental was similar to two other car rentals I have experienced in Wichita during the past two months. Enterprise, Avis and Hertz all promised a minivan or large suv. Enterprise cancelled on me one day before I needed the rental, telling me two renters had not returned vehicles. Avis and Hertz only had smaller capacity vehicles available. It seems there exists a bait-and-switch approach to car rentals in Wichita, Kansas.8,4 Very Good

The original price online was 49.90. When I added some insurance and prepaid the fuel, they levied a whole bunch of taxes and fees and it added $125 to the rental. Maybe all car rental places do this kind of stuff but, wow, was I disappointed with how much they charged. Would not rent from Hertz again. Customer service was very rude and impatient as well.
