I ordered car on kayak from Charleston WV Airport. When I got there, they told me I was supposed to be downtown. How would I know the address s for a different location? I'm from NY. My rental went from 150 to $220 because no small cars were available at the airport. I feel I should get $70 refund. Plus, gas was way more expensive for large SUV6,0 Okay
