There were no cars available even though we had reserved months before. And no suggestions or prospect of a vehicle to come. Pretty terrible all around and nearly ruined our holiday.

Not much to like. Your cost becomes sooooo MUCH more than anticipated. Refused a cash payment. But, car was ready (this time) at specific time. Gas was below half which is not convenient.

My rental was for 43 dollars, and when I arrived at the pickup location, they told me that the total with taxes and service charges was 93 dollars per day, plus I had to pay a USD$ 200 dollars deposit. I will not recommend it.

When we arrived with our reservation, we were told that they did not have any cars. We were finally told that they did have two other cars but that it would cost us another 900$. We finally had to go to a different agency and pay an additional $300. Extremely poor service and the first time this has ever happened to us.

Dear members of the Kayak community, you have been warned! Budget advertises the car at a price of 54 Dollars a day, but the actual price is twice this price, they charge more than a 100 Dollars a day! I advise you to stay away from this scam!
