The car was disgusting. Given pandemic conditions and hertz emails saying they were doing a higher level of cleaning it was obvious this car wasn’t even vacuumed and we found old dirty glasses in the seat pockets. I spent two hours cleaning the car surfaces to make sure it was safe for my family. I sent emails to hertz as you can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to them and 0 response. Will not rent from hertz again as they obviously don’t take cleanliness during a pandemic seriously.4,0 Mediocre
