Excellent customer service, attention, and respect at this Main Street location. I dealt with the Dundas location last year, and was totally turned off by the lack of customer service and blatant disrespect at drop off. This Main Street location is well staffed with smiles all the way around.

Gas meter read less then line when took car out wanted to charge us.except it was not parked in same spot we took it from which was with tank at back sloped down.then we parked with tank raised so represented as lower.eventhough when we filled it up the gas actually spat overflow out.they didn't seem to want to believe us.so if renting make sure you park in same spot you took it from to allow for major Dios in their parking lot grades.to get an dven read.as we say apples for apples.

I didn't get a rental because they didn't have any ready. I was told asked to come back/I'd receive a call in about an hour. No call, returned to the store to find the door locked. Left for another 20 minutes to come back to the door still locked and about 5 other customers waiting. I decided to walk down to the Enterprise location down the street and was lucky to get a rental and was in and out in 10 minutes -- always a great experience with Enterprise. I tried giving a budget a chance and I won't be using them again.

The car rental company had moved from St. Catharines to Niagara Falls months earlier and I was not told. I even received a notification the day of my rental to remind me to pick up my rental from Hertz in St Catharines. My experience was awful

Honestly everything was very good. Obviously I would liked to have had a better rate. Actually the initial rate was manageable, but the daily insurance added an additional $250 to the weekly rate. Ouch.

Terrible customer service representatives at both Saint Catharines- Ontario street and Toronto - Wellington street locations. I would have been charged over $100 extra in fees had I not called Hertz customer service representatives by phone and investigated the additional charges. Both service representatives were misleading and and even dishonest.
