1. I had the reservation Friday and they gave me the car Saturday 2. The car was so dirty 3. The gas isn’t full 4. The car had problems with the tires

Pros:

People at this location understood the issue and were apologetic and they tried to wave the charges on the rental, cause strictly speaking even they felt it isn't worth in me paying money for the rental.

I was never able to rent the vehicle. There were insurance claims that were made a priority so no cars were available. I was told someone attempted to call me however my phone wasn’t listed.

Well they did try to help however... (see below)

Cons:

They did not have the size car I wanted, they said the insurance I bought through the website wouldn't cover the car, they tried to charge me $100 extra for the next size up (no discount forinconvenience, it was just a mess. Ended up cancelling my order this time.

Everything went well. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The processing is smooth but the office space is small. We have to wait outside to give way for the other costumers.we are satisfied how the contract was explained.

I was given a Ford Edge for the week. On the first day, I had trouble putting the car into drive twice, and almost had the vehicle towed.. Luckily, the gear shift eventually moved, so I was able to cancel the tow, and I switched vehicles the next day at my original pick up location in Somerset. They made that change for me and I ended up with a Toyota 4Runner, which was a great drive. The staff was very nice, and concerned about my comfort.

Pros:

Friendly staff, fast pick up, reasonable price, easy drop off.

Cons:

The car was a bit uncomfortable, but I rented a compact so I guess that’s to be expected. Also I couldn’t find the outlet to plug in my phone and connect it with the car’s screen. I found an outlet to charge my phone, which was helpful, but I could never get my phone to connect to the car.

Nothing.

Cons:

I booked a car online, got to the place at the specified time, and there was no car. Not even a different car that I could rent. I wasted so much time and money ubering to and from the place, and missed a day of work since I need a car for my job. Furthermore, its obvious someone is smoking cigarettes in the lobby- the place stinks. However, the girl behind the counter was VERY sweet and kind, wanted to do something to help but her hands were very clearly tied.
