Cons:
The woman who serviced us upon arrival was very rude. Especially, with the drop off. We were supposed to do a key drop off box. The place suspended that activity and never let us know. There was nowhere to leave the car and we didn't know what to do. She must have seen us from a distance since the office was closed and came over to ask about us. Her response was well today is your lucky day. not, I'm sorry for the inconvenience we should have contacted you telling you our policy has changed nothing.2,0 Poor

Cons:
There were no cars available to fulfill our reservation. The Enterprise corporate staff assured us there were cars available when we phoned the night before but then on the morning of the rental, the local office called to tell us they had none and could not fulfill the reservation. We ended up renting directly from a local Avis but it caused us a lot of headache And stress at the start of our vacation. Was very disappointing as no one from Enterprise seemed able to resolve the situation.10,0 Wonderful

The car was late to drop off and was not cleaned out but we were going on a family trip so we needed to leave. There was a nail in the drivers side tire and we used fix a flat and after hours drop off so I could not tell them. Not sure if the nail was in the tire when we picked it up but we were far from any towns and limited cell service so we did what we could do.10,0 Wonderful

They have double charged me. Hertz has a sleazy way of making it seem like you pay one thing but then they charge you much more later. I will not be renting through kayak again because this is a shady practice y'all are linking users up for.10,0 Wonderful

The pickup location was not even open at the time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. Then I had to drive another 45 miles to the airport to pick up an alternative vehicle. Website information is not accurate and very poor overall experience.Free2Move
