I went to my location to pick up my rental was there the minute they opened only to be told they don’t have it I have to drive to the next closest location. He told me they were upgrading me for free, so I drove there only to find out I was paying so much extra a day to use there rental. Overall bad experience.2,0 Poor

The clerk at the desk was very accommodating and friendly.Cons:
I requested a full size car and was given a mini SUV. I use a walker and it would not fit in the mini SUV. We tried two other vehicles and finally found one that it would fit into but you there was not a full size car there for me. The walker would fit in the trunk of a full-size car. The vehicle I was given was fine but the hassle of changing cars wasn't.2,8 Poor

Cons:
Drop-off had no parking or signs to indicate where parking was supposed to be. I had to park a block away and walk to the office, stand in line, then tell them where the car was. I will not rent from Hertz again.
