Pros:
I request I truck they just have one to rent and even I ordered in advance they give to the person who was right before me. So frustrating since I have to be waiting outside for 40 minutes which is understandable but I was so frustrated that they don’t say nothing until that moment of the ranting and also no more options of that type of vehicle nowhere else.Cons:
Have more vehicles to rent or have alternative options in other branches.8,0 Very Good

On the pickup date they had me waiting for the car and wen they finally had it the told me it needed an oil change and if I wanted the car right away I would have to take the car myself to do the oil change, otherwise I had to wait longer. The car was not even vacuumed or washed wen i got it. Also wen i got to my destination I noticed that the plate sticker was expired. When I told them about it they told me I could have driven it like that and if I have gotten a ticket they would have paid for it.2,0 Poor

Line of people waiting. Then they asked for a major credit card for my second driver which she does not have and has not had this request before when signing up as a second driver. Didn't have time to deal with it. Took my own car. Also - We learned that there is no night drop-off. Will not be using this location again.10,0 Wonderful

The patience the team displayed with me was awesome and heart warming! Due to a mistake with the call center I wasn't fully prepared for my rental as far as full documentation- Stacey was extremely patient as I scrambled to find someone to help me out with my rental, all in all I was at the office from about 8 am - 4 pm on CHRISTMAS EVE! Thanks guys it's hard to find patience and good customer service nowadays- you gave me hope this Christmas Season!Cons:
The stipulations with renting, another form needs to be added; or more forms of credit/debit accepted. My wait was only so long because I was using a pre-paid AMEX. I'm not one to really wholeheartedly trust banks so I use third party pre-paid. Cash should be used and accepted too!10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The location is not a typical Airport location (I had to Uber to get there), but I arrived close to closing time and it was very very busy approaching a holiday (Christmas) weekend. The entire team from the Manager Ryan to the service team (who checked my tires) to all of the counter agents were outstanding. It was a BUSY time (after a long shift) with customers renting and returning vehicles, and EVERYONE was friendly, polite, respectful... I too had had a long day and I was very appreciative of the reception and service I received. Thank youHertz

Pros:
The individuals at the location were very helpful and thorough throughout the pickup and dropoffs, with clear details about the rental. They were even nice enough to let me leave again to fill up the cars tank after I had forgotten to do so prior to dropoff. Nice individuals!Cons:
It would have been nice to know how much the additional insurance would be instead of being hit with the price on the spot, adding to the overall total.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The counter clerk was helpful in getting us a car when there were no compact car on the lot but we had to pay more because it was an SUV. Woman who cleans the cars was also very friendly.Cons:
When we arrived to pick up the car there was no compact cars available and they could not promise when one would come in. They also said there were a lot of other compact reservations ahead of us so they may never have one available. We had to get up to Wisconsin for a show so we could not wait all day. I booked this thinking I was going to have to only pay the $216.44 and ended up having to pay $276.38. Our original transportation for our trip fell through so we had to rent a car last minute. I often use Kayak for airline tickets and thought I would try you for a rental car. I searched for the best price and convenient location and was happy until this fiasco...2,0 Poor
