Newer vehicles this van had a few issues with almost 50000 miles it ran a little rough in the mountains. Wipers were bad and needed changed. Had several dings in it. Service at pick up and drop off was super slow!!6,0 Okay

I had to rush back to get the car dropped off by 6 or I would be charged until next business hours. When I booked my rental it never said anything about being charged even after I dropped the car off. Will never rent from you guys again because of this policy.Avis

I didn’t care for the poor condition of the car I was given, but that was not the fault of the employees at the Lima, OH condition but rather that of the Kalamazoo, MI location. They should have had the car removed from service until repairs could take place.10,0 Wonderful
