Very disappointed. They took the reservation but when I got to the rental counter after taking a $30 Uber ride from the airport. I was told that they had no cars and could not fullfil my reservation. The desk clerk also said that they had taken another 120 reservations overnight and they would be unable to fill those too. What is the point of taking a reservation knowing that you are not going to be able to honor the commitment? This was very poor service and I shall not be using Hertz anytime soon.

i couldnt get a reserve a car even though i made the reservation and paid for insurance . very bad service my weekend trip was destroyed. such an unreliable service
