Not the best rental experience. - Pickup was set for noon on Sunday when the office closes at noon on Sunday. Reps leave at close so car couldn’t be picked up until Monday. Customer service acknowledged this was an issue every day yet nothing is being done about it. When I got there at 8am Monday morning, my rental was not available (a small SUV). I had to take the only car available (a 12 passenger van). - Van had trash in it (cans, chocolate on seats) and ants throughout on the dashboard and lining the doorframes. - Van had a dirty windshield covered in bugs and no wiper fluid.
This was the easiest and most pleasant rental that I have ever had. Daisy was wonderful!
Customer service absolutely sucked. Chris in particular at the Jefferson Ave. location was 20 minutes late, and there was no mention from him of a service charge of $250. I saw that and I was absolutely furious. Poor communication from sales rep.
Arrived at noon pickup, Door was locked . I called number on door , while on the phone I saw a man in a rastafarian hat at the counter,he seen me and ran in the back like he didn’t see me & worse yet , i found out , 3 men were hiding in back . Very rude behavior. Never got car , I’m still concerned about the lack of customer service. Nothing was ever done . As if it never happened.

The price was changed on us from the actual reservation — it went up $50. The reservation agent sat in the back room gossiping in the phone with a friend, obviously unaware those of us in the lobby could hear every word. Even after I knocked on the door she simply poked her head out and said “just a moment…”….pretending it was an important customer. It wasn’t. She made us wait another 6-7 minutes, while two other customers came Into the lobby be fore showing up to do her job. She had been on the phone with a friend. It was clear.
