No where did it say if I was using a debit card I needed to provide 2 utility bills, so by the time I went BACK home to get my bills and head BACK to the rental the place was closed. So I had to use my own vehicle to go on vacation10,0 Wonderful

The team at Enterprise worked with me to get our paperwork in order; when we'd been waiting quite a while to pick up our vehicle, they let me have a better car for the same price just to save me time. They were very, very helpful.Cons:
There was no mention of needing a credit card to rent the vehicle. I only use debit, so this turned out to be a major problem. The Enterprise people were very nice about adjusting the proof of credit requirements, though, so I was able to rent the car. Had they not been, though, it would have been a major disaster - being all packed, ready to hit the road in the rental with a kid in tow, only to be rejected because I don't use credit cards. There should be clearer notice of that requirement at the time of placing the order online.4,0 Mediocre

The guy that helped me set up my rental was extremely nice. I was trying to get a car closer to the airport and I felt he went above and beyond to try and help me. In the end, I wound up going to the same place I was supposed to go to and he was helpful. He had called me when to check in on if I got the rental moved. Friendly and awesome service. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy.Cons:

Car smelled horribly of cigarettes. I went back and asked for a different car, which had the same problem. Staff were unsurprised you hear that the cars had strong smoke smell and did not have another car to offer. I tried to clean myself and keep windows open as I needed the car but the smell was awful. I have never experienced such a poorly cleaned/smoke ridden rental car.6,0 Okay

I had to take the car home right after pick up to clean the inside of the windshield. It was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. We packed up the car and left for our vacation. When we arrived at our destination, we pulled the suitcases out of the trunk to find them to be wet! We drove through some rain and apparently it makes it's way inside the trunk. We had some wet clothes which was a huge inconvenience to try to get dey in a hotel room. It wasn't a good way to start my vacation.8,8 Very Good

The lady who waited on me was an angel! Somehow my reservation had been canceled but she got me the car I needed and a slightly better deal than my original reservation! I was in and out in 20 minutes. AND the drop off in New Jersey I was waited on even though I had gone to the Budget vs Avis which was what the car had papers for. Thanks for the awesome service!Cons:
