There wasn't a car ready when I was suppose to pick it up. I was given an suv instead. Small one thank goodness. I had ordered a car because I had back surgery and needed better seat support. When I returned the car the time stamp had me down for an hour earlier which stated I was an hour late. That was taken care of thankfully. I won't book from again.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nothing! I got to the store to pick up the car and they were closed. They had a note on the door with a phone number to call, but all you could do was leave a voice mail, which I did, but no one ever called me back. I ended up going to Enterprise and got a rental there.
