Cons:FOX caused me so many porblems of my driver license issue. It ended up they jacked up the price of 3 days rental to 600 USD and convint me to purchase the rental. Eventually I walked to the next door , THRIFTY, and Thrifty didn’t give me any problem. They also offer me a decent deal. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FOX AGAIN
Pros:San Diego dropoff was quick and convenient—the exact opposite of pick up at LAX which was horrible
Cons:Desk agent and signing in on a tiny screen made for it to be easy to charge me for insurance I didn’t want or need. Car had only. been quick cleaned so windows needed help and there was stuff on the back seats

Cons:was told by the Fox Agent that the state of California required me to purchase bodily injury insurance even though i had a copy of my own insurance policy showing my coverage exceeded the California requirements. I have disputed the charge for the bodily injury insurance I was required to purchase.

Cons:Remove Fox from your network. They gave me a car that was old, scratched everywhere with no options and very high mileage >44000 mile! I never rented a car with this high mileage! This was my worst rental experience ever that I had to return the car after 5 mins of leaving the office! My 2013 Mazda was much better. They just ruined my surprise to my niece and nephew who were visiting from Georgia for the first time and wasted our time that we couldn’t do anything on NYE!! Also, I have chosen to get insurance with my booking but the rude staff couldn’t find it and asked me to py an additional $150 to get it. I checked my transactions and found that I got Allianz insurance with the rental for $66 but it didn’t show up. I did NOT get full refund even though I returned the car less than 5 mins after leaving the office and that insurance wasn’t refunded!!!!

Cons:It took nearly 1.5 hours standing in line to get my rental - almost as long as it took to fly to FL! Then they said something was wrong with my rental agreement and they had me listed as returning the car to another airport! After that was corrected (for pickup/return to same location), they said the rate was wrong. After getting a manager to sort it out, they said something about an extra $50 due to the change, but the manager waived that. Drop off on return was easy and quick. When I returned home, I found a $700 charge on my credit card from Hertz IN ADDITION TO the original rental amount! They told me since I hadn't used the full 24 hours rental on return, they reverted it to an hourly rental for the final day at $38/hour!! After 2 hours on the phone with representatives, trying to get a clear explanation of this billing, it was finally reduced to $70. I will NEVER rent Hertz again. They blamed Kayak for they way reservations are made, my point to them was I paid for x number of days, returned the car earlier than anticipated, and should not be penalized, regardless of how the reservation was made. I unfortunatley left the original paperwork (rental agreement) in the car upon return, or I would have fought them even more over the $70.
Cons:I made arrangements for a rental online via expedia a while ago. 3 days before I left for my vacation trip to FL, Hertz rental office called me to confirm rental. It was from a pickup location that I did not make. I asked for the pick up location be changed to Ft. Myers Airport where I initially thought was where I was picking up rental car. Hertz rep could not make the change, referred me to the 800 number to make changes. I did that and was assured by the rep. that it was taken care of. I arrive at Ft. Myers Airport only to be told no it was not reserve nor could they do anything about it because I prepaid. Took a taxi (cost $ 10.00) to the Holiday Inn location that was on a my original reservation, only to be told the office was closed on Sundays!!! Cons:How do you rent a car to someone when you close at 5pm and your flight gets in at 5pm. Never got the car I want my money back. You sold me something that you knew you could not deliver on.
Pros:Loved the pricing. Frank was awesome and made the process smooth and easy!
Pros:Airline changed flights, so had to cancel car rental. Tried to charge $100 fee. Disappointed.

Cons:the car did not have a full tank of gas when I picked it up ....the customer service person said he would make an adjustment , but the power was out because of hurricane Irma. I also told the drop off person who said they would make an adjustment once the Internet service was restored. I hope they are correct.

Cons:Asked for a Camry and was put in a small Jeep suv that had very uncomfortable seating. Lower Back has hurt for a couple days. I should have pushed for the Camry I reserved. Note the Jeep SUV was not an upgrade in my opinion.
