The staff was very helpful with arranging for a ride to the Pep Boys where my car was being repaired.

Cons:

It would be nice if courtesy pick-ups or drop offs were included. Many rental agencies include this service.

Luxury SUV

What a HORRIBLE experience. I reserved a premium SUV for 2 days for my son and myself. Upon arrival the worker informs me I didn’t know what I rented. I reserved a luxury car , and that it wasn’t rented yet. So he gave me 2 options a Ford or a Buick standard suv. Being on a schedule I didn’t have to time to get into a long discussion the situation. There were NO premium SUV on the lot. The suv was dirty inside and out and the worker did not care at all. I was charged the same price as the premium suv rental. Now I’m emailing and calling corporate to address this unbelievable situation with this rental. I would not recommend this location for rental to anyone. And if you do decide to use this location call in advance and make sure they have the vehicle your contract specifies.

After booking a week in advance, Budget called me less than an hour before pickup to inform me they didn’t have a car for me, and likely wouldn’t. No offers to help find something else, just sorry and good luck.

If they had a car for me it would have made my trip a lot easier. Budget call the night before and said they would not have a car for me and it was too late to try to get a car from a more reliable source. Never Again
