Pros: bed very comfortable
Cons: NO gluten free menu and at $100 a head for Valentines dinner very bad. Service bit slow. Breakfast again no gluten free bread. so you offer an inclusive continental breakfast but no gf croissants etc. Ridiculous in a high end place. I have lived in this area over 30 years and will not come back to eat. Food ok but nothing great No bedside lighting. Had to get out of bed to lower lighting. Valentines Day......you didnt give the ladies flowers or something to recognize the occasion. Not good

Pros: I love the layout and spaciousness of the kitchen/living area, and the furniture in the bedroom. Friendly desk help. Pretty high quality breakfast for a free buffet. Very clean and convenient.

Pros: We stayed here two years ago on our way to Annapolis, MD from Boston. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned to it this time for the same drive.
Cons: A little confusing to find because there is another one with the same name just about 1.5 miles away on the same street. It will be helpful to let guests traveling on Rt. 1 South know that the property is located across from a bright Miele sign after Ridge St.

Pros: The free breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel we've stayed at. Tasty cheese omelets, fruit filled pancakes, waffles with toppings and a lot more. Surprisingly, as it wasn't advertised on the booking.com site for the hotel, there was a free manager's dinner buffet on the day we were there. Check in and out were quick. Room was comfortable with the largest tv we've had at a hotel.
Cons: Nothing to not like.

Pros: Convenient location for my needs.
Cons: We changed rooms due to a request for one king size bed instead of two double which wasn’t accommodated by the front desk at check in. We were later accommodated by a different manager, but both bathrooms were not 100% clean and smelled faintly of
6,3 Good
Pros: Nicely decorated for the season. Lots of open space. Nice large TV compared to most hotels.
Cons: Huge line of dirt above the door way to my room. Went to eat at there restaurant. The food and service was very good. However the desserts where not even edible. The berry creme brûlée was absolutely disgusting. The berry part was starting to ferment and the rest was curdling. It looked like vomit after I took a spoonful. Then cheese cake bites where like rubber. Not smith or creamy in anyway. Both items had to been made weeks if not months before hand. I don’t know how any one could even these items let alone enjoy them. The cheese cake seriously had a complete rubber texture. It almost seemed like the dessert that would of been on display for the week or so.
1,0 Poor
Cons: There was some marriage party happened at hotel the whole night it was noisy and we could not sleep at all. We wasted our stay
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nice location, relatively clean and good condition
Cons: Bothered us THREE TIMES by knocking on our door in the morning, for reasons I still don't know. My family checked in 2:00 AM, totally wiped out. And they start bothering us around 8:00 AM. We complain as we leave and they say sorry but not even explain.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds ...great room accommodations were modern and pleasing to the eyes. Liked that it was only 4 floors and I was on 4th floor...unable to explore entire facility...perhaps next time C
Cons: Check in wait too long...

Pros: Holiday Inn lady was mean and rude upon arrival and she would honor the double bed reservation made on this site. She tried to put us in a one bed room with a rollout cot and she prepared my booked double bed room to give away to a Jahova witness event person. Very poor experience and she should be reported and fired.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable, once facilities came to turn on the air conditioner. The pool was incredible, must have been redone recently. Most indoor pool areas wreak of chemicals, humid, and show signs of corrosion, but this one was in wonderful condition, and the air was clear. Breakfast was a nice touch.
Cons: The main drawback for this property is location. It is a beautiful property but not straightforward to find. Google Maps sent me on a long windy drive through back roads and neighborhoods. We asked for an ADA compatible room but did not get one. To be fair I did not confirm prior to booking, but given the parking lot was very empty I doubt it was a matter of availability. The bathtub drain was very slow and in spite of calling the front desk they did not address during our stay.

Pros: All the amenities were open, that is a big plus for me. I appreciated being able to get a delicious dinner and a quick swim in their pool after check in. I called down for extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch and they brought them up in minutes. Comfortable bed and blankets.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Quite. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Nice specials in the lounge. Located on a very busy road about 4 miles from Princeton.
Cons: Not really any complaints. The road it is located on is very busy, but there is a side road you can enter and exit the hotel from, which is quieter.

Cons: No refrigerator in room for medication and lack of counter space in the bathroom.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This was a great hotel in an easy to get to location. It was very easy for us to get back on the road to resume our trip. It is located within easy driving distance of gas and food. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was comfortable.
Cons: The hotel has an onsite restaurant and bar, both are nice. However, we would have liked to be able to get either a smoothie or milkshake on location. That did not affect the service, the room and staff were great.
7,0 Good
Cons: Breakfast service and food choices limited - stick with the buffet because ordering off the menu just gets you barely reheated buffet food anyway
5,0 Okay
Pros: Just the location.
Cons: Hotel definitely should not be characterized as a 3.5 star hotel . It is not!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: my stay was pretty short but the room was very clean and the staff was nice. The only thing that was not perfect was the thermostat in my room. The dials were broken so I could not change the temperature. Still would recommend this hotel.
Cons: Again, the dials on the thermostat in my room were broken so I could not adjust the temperature. Not a huge deal

Pros: Right when you walk in you are greeted with a REAL smile, not like most Hotels with employees trying to be over nice (even housekeeping greeted you with a smile in the hallway). The staff here are genuinely happy to host you. The rooms are 10/10
Cons: Nothing!
7,0 Good
Pros: Hot breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Surprisingly quiet room despite proximity to the highway. No noise ... none. Very clean. Free onsite parking. Nice variety of hot and cold breakfast selections. I was attending a conference at the Hilton next door, but didn’t want to pay Hilton’s higher room rates (plus fee for parking and additional cost for breakfast). Colleagues who stayed at the Hilton were jealous of my bargain room rate, free breakfast, in-room fridge and microwave, and free parking. They could have had all those benefits just a 3-minute walk away at Holiday Inn Express.
Cons: The area is busy with lots of traffic. Nothing the hotel can do about that. Once inside the hotel, you’d never know about the traffic; very quiet rooms.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the atmosphere. I enjoyed the quiet. I liked that the staff were able to answer my questions and concerns.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was convenient and clean
Cons: Everything was great except the night I got there because me and my wife had two cars, one with handicapped plates that wasn’t parked in the garage, and one we did park in the garage, the concierge told us that the one car would be free and complimentary and one would be paid for full price which was $18 to park it which I thought was crazy. There’s no reason for any guests to have to pay for parking. Additionally they wound up charging us for 2 cars and no reimbursement. If you want to stay at a hotel and not pay all these extra fees, don’t stay here.

Cons: Read above

Pros: Location - kitchen in room
Cons: Overall I had high hopes for the stay, but the lack of management , lack of integrity and honestly was an issue for me . I originally paid for two nights but ended up with five. I asked on the second night what would be the rate for the weekdays and I was told a rate . They did NOT honor that . In addition I had no TV and multiple disruptions with attempting to fix that . On the third night there was a terrible storm and power outage. Horrible conditions - no AC , no electric , no internet for my stated WORK trip . I understood that this was a act of God and did NOT expect a comped night ... however ... they could use been more compassionate. Not just to me but to the dozens of families that attempted to find shelter. Not only were those families turned away ( because “computers were down “). they weren’t even given advise for other locations . I was given no compassion for my difficulties with work or compensation for broke TV. Not once did housekeeping ask if I needed anything. When I said I needed towels I had to go all the way downstairs to pick up .??? I paid for FIVE nights !!!!! Lastly when I did complain after coming home , a manager called to profusely apologize but then said they wouldn’t compensate at all on the almost $780 bill.
