Cons:
You should notify buyers that you cannot use a debit card to pick up the car if you are out of state. My example took place in PA, and I have a NJ license. I only have a debit Master Card. They would not let me leave with a car and I had to arrange for someone to pick me and my son up .Hertz

Cons:
Car was not as promised. Charged extra for debit card. Still fighting to get $ refunded from rental and debit card charge. Manager assured I’d be refunded. We never took the rental. Had to scramble to get another vehicle from another source. Manager and staff completely indifferent to our needs.10,0 Wonderful

No much more to ask for. The rental car location was not busy, I was greeted immediately upon my arrival, they had 2 car choices available and I was out of there in no time. Would definitely rent there again.5,6 Fair

I do not rent I do not own a major credit card I am a military personnel person so we don't use credit card A thought to consider with a debit card you have a better chance of getting money because your debit into account and holding the money about credit card doesn't mean you're getting paid at a time they return the car the credit card in the meantime could have been closed out over charge which means you're not getting paid especially if they close it out so why everyone insisted on a major credit card is beyond my wildest dreams considering the person can rent a car from you keep it the entire week" called and cancel their card and you are not getting paid. But even buy the credit card company if it's closed out10,0 Wonderful

Cheapest option Car was relatively cleanCons:
Inside of the windshield was super dirty, couldn't see at night and had to clean it myself. There was no windshield wiper fluid in the car, I had to add it myself... Budget tried to charge me $9/gal of gas for being slightly short when I returned the car. I was told I could not take the car to top off the gas. I've rented many cars before this and have never had this happen. I was told the car was going to cost $202 dollars total but ended up being charged $232 and I have no idea why. It was not the gas because I had them remove that charge.6,8 Okay
